Sandra has been a professional Realtor for more than 25 years. Sandra has been very involved in the North San Diego County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the nationwide National Association of Realtors. She has held offices as Board of Director, and Chairperson for the government affairs committee as well as Director and Chairperson for the San Diego County Sandicor multiple listing organization. Sandra was voted in as President and also as Realtor of The Year for the NSDCAR organization. She has been on the rules and regulations committee and served as an Arbiter and Mediator for the NSDCAR organization. She is experienced in working with foreclosure, repossessions and short sale properties and has done fee paid consulting for various banking and lending institutions. Having lived in Del Mar, Cardiff and San Marcos for many years she is very aware of what is going on in real estate. Sandra graduated from San Dieguito High School and attended Palomar College. She has three grown children and four grandchildren. She has done volunteer bus driving for sporting events while her children were going through their high school years. She attends Emmanuel Faith Community Church and has been involved in the local Chamber of Commerce over the past years.
